Our property features private swim pond, expansive deck, breathtaking views, private hiking trail, basement playroom with pool and foosball tables, custom bar. 7 King bedrooms with 2 queen pull out sofas can comfortably sleep 16 people. We are located 4 miles from Mt. Snow; 19 miles from Stratton.

No unregistered guests allowed on our property unless previously agreed to in writing *16 guests MAX- You must be 25 or older to rent the home unless specific permission is granted; a photo ID is required before arrival. Owners require a full list of guest names and refuse rental to any individual or group. It is a crime to obtain this rental property under false pretenses. The use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. Owners reserve the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the premises with no refund.
