Year round log home with gorgeous views of Vermonts largest lake for water sports, (ice)fishing, recreation and near some of Vermont’s best ski resorts. Situated on a private dead end dirt road near the state park safe for walking, biking etc. Close to the University!
This 2 bedroom + Loft, 2 full bathroom home can accommodate 4-6 people comfortably and includes a master bedroom on main floor which has a queen size bed. Main floor bathroom is full with shower and includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs is another master bedroom with a full size bunk bed + twin bed & trundle. Right outside the upstairs room in the loft area overlooking the lake is another queen size bed. The upstairs has 1 full bathroom off the bedroom which includes shower/tub combo.
Home comes fully equipped including linens, towels, full kitchen, Wifi , Roku Tv , Verizon cell service
Large wrap around deck for entertaining and just a few hundred yards away a deeded lake front space with 36 foot private dock with direct water access. Bring your fishing gear, kayaks or just spend the day swimming here!
