On the lower level, you will find sleeping quarters and a full bathroom. The large primary bedroom has access to the outside, and the second bedroom provides more room to relax and unwind. The home has partial air-conditioning with portable AC units.

The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College).
