Very quiet neighborhood ½ mile off of Rt 17 on private, well maintained gravel rd , 2.7 miles from Mad River Glen Ski Area with views from house, 3.5 miles from Sugarbush Mt Ellen Ski Area with views from house, 6.3 miles from Sugarbush Resort, 3.5 miles from Waitsfield/Rt 100/Rt 17 intersection. Neighborhood hiking trail which connects to the Phen Basin & Catamount hiking/biking, x-country ski trails in Camel’s Hump State Park ¾ mile from house. Additional hiking/biking trails 1/2 mile away across Rt 17. House sits at 1300 ft elevation and has great star gazing with very little light pollution.
You will have access to the entire property.
In the winter/spring months you must have 4WD & Snow tires. This is a steep road leading to the property and a steep driveway leading down. We are not responsible for any towing inability for you to access the property due to an insufficient vehicle setup. The roads are plowed to Vermont standards and as the local plow person sees fit.
