The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming, traditional Belle-Iloise-style house in the village of Borlagadec, in the municipality of Bangor. Located less than a kilometre from the beach, it has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and a garden of around 1,000 m². Bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV, Wi-Fi, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower; separate toilet at the far end of the bathroom.
- A second ‘summer’ bathroom with an external entrance, featuring a shower and toilet.
- A utility room at the far end of the garage.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190).
For even greater comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely plot of around 1,000 m² with a wooded, shaded garden area in front of the house, which is fenced off.
There is space to park cars in the partly fenced-off back garden (hedge currently being planted).
- A wooden terrace of approximately 18 m² at the front of the house, facing due south, with furniture to enjoy sunny days and sheltered from the prevailing winds by a low wall behind which hydrangeas grow.
The house is ideally situated in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

- Nearest station: the Palais ferry terminal, about 10 minutes’ drive or 20 minutes’ cycle away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 3 hours and 4 minutes by car.
To reach Belle-Île, you can take a ferry from the ports of Quiberon, Vannes and Lorient. You can book your ticket with the Océane ferry company.
