Located in East Boothbay on breathtaking Ocean Point sits this traditional cottage with three porches. Enjoy the view from the screened porch off the kitchen, the covered porch at the front of the house, or on cool days enjoy the view from inside the cozy windowed porch. Inside you`ll find 6 bedrooms - four on the second floor and two on the third floor. The home has a full bath on the second floor and a 3/4 floor on the first floor off of the kitchen. The kitchen has and stainless appliances. This home has a regular drip coffee maker.
Built in the 1880s, Three Porches was at one time a lodging for summer visitors called `Millinocket Lodge`. It became our owner`s family summer home in the early 1950s and they are excited to continue sharing the place with visitors again!
It`s a 15-minute walk to Grimes Cove where you can swim and walk along the rocks. Just a short walk to the Casino. You can pay to play tennis or pickle ball. There is also a playground and basketball area. When you are ready to leave the Point, it`s a 7-mile drive to downtown Boothbay Harbor.
IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
