The area has everything you need to feel like you are in an amazing neighborhood. We are located near the Italian market where Rocky once ran down the street in the famous movie "Rocky". We also have dozens of restaurants, bars and lounges to choose from all within walking distance. You can also shop for fresh vegetables and fruits one block away at the Italian Market. The subway is also nearby on Broad Street and takes you to Center City in 6 minutes or southbound to the stadiums and airport transfers.
Parking is based upon availability, you can park free overnight and during the day there are time restrictions on most blocks. You can find a spot and park.
You have private access to the apt.
As you enter, you will experience a nice common area layout and design with a comfy sofa sleeper and flat screen smart TV (Netflix and Hulu ready). A lovely dining area with seating for two can also serve as a workstation for "Remote Working." A fully stocked kitchen with all cooking utensils and amenities, including Microwave, coffee maker, oven and stove-top cooker, fridge, and freezer.
The bedroom has a comfortable plush bed with soft pillows and quilts, excellent soft lighting, a window for natural sunlight and fresh air, and a sitting area.
Also, there is a full-size bathroom with shower and tub installation, vanity, toilet, and mirror—plenty of hot water pressure. Extra closet storage space in the corridor with iron and ironing board included.
The Deck is an added perk. You can access it directly from the living room, and it's private for this apartment. The deck neighbors other decks, but you can only access this deck from this apartment.
The Area: You will love this neighborhood. It is a very transient and vibrant area with plenty of joggers and families walking around with their little ones. Bars, restaurants, and great places to eat are all around here. You can walk to South Street and enjoy an excellent time out or order in and enjoy a meal on the deck.
Parking is based on time restrictions during the day and free overnight parking. This is a very desired area, so demand is high around here.
Parking: You can park locally for free during the day with 2-hour time restrictions until 6 pm, then free overnight parking.
You can also park for free and unlimited time on Catherine Street between 10th and 11th Street.
There are also parking lots in the area you can use around the corner on Christian Street and 7th Street.
You can Uber Lyft or walk almost everywhere.
Please note that this building does not have an elevator, and the apartment is situated on the second floor. Additionally, the community offers coin-operated washer and dryer facilities at the lower entrance. at the door next to us #800.
