*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOUR people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to TWO people. No more than a maximum of SIX people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you check out later than 10 am, there will be an additional charge of $50.
THINGS TO KNOW:
*Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*There is an aircon unit in the living room and the 1st bedroom and there is portable aircon in the second bedroom.
*There is no elevator in this home, but it's only 2 floors with 4 flights of stairs.

Crows Nest is roughly 5 minutes by car. Here you find a lively atmosphere of restaurants and cafes as well as boutique shopping and supermarkets.
In another direction, roughly 5 minutes by car, you can find the Lane Cove shopping precinct with restaurants, cafes, retail and supermarkets.
Buses are at the doorstep.
