Welcome to the upscale yet unpretentious coastal community of Cotuit. Situated on 1.75 acres, this property offers privacy, a stunning water view, and Loop Beach is a half-mile walk from the house. Ropes Beach which is smaller is a little under a mile from the house and also has a boat launch.
When it comes to dining, you're in luck! The Kettle Ho is known for its lively atmosphere and delicious pub fare is less than a 10 minute walk from the house. Villaggio's Prime Bar & Grille just a short drive away is perfect for a more upscale meal. For all your other needs, swing by the “Coop” (Cotuit Grocery) for handmade sandwiches, morning coffee, local wine, and baked goods. And don't forget to check out the Shops at Mashpee Commons for some of the best shopping on Cape Cod. On the second level, there are four bedrooms. Two of them are king suites, each with a king-size bed and a private full bath. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a full hallway bath. Additionally, there is a sleeping area on the third level with some day beds and another full bath. The third level also features a new game room for you to enjoy.
