We fell in love with this inlet, this neighborhood, this beach, these dunes, and this home the first time we visited in 2011. We completed a full renovation in May 2014. Our house is light and spacious, with sweeping views -- timeless, tranquil and restless -- of dunes, beach and water. House sits amidst the dunes, with 300-ft private walk to secluded beach. We share a quiet friendly neighborhood along a block-long unpaved street. A minute away is Goldsmith's park, a coastal inlet perfect for tubing and wading.
House includes fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 6-8 in beds plus a couple more on sofabed &/or air mattresses), 3 full bathrooms. Very large living area and tranquil 2nd-floor master bedroom with high ceilings and panoramic, 180-degree views of dunes, beach and water. Two bedrooms have 1 full-size bed; one bedroom has 2 full-size beds; and the master bedroom features a queen-size bed. Outdoors, you'll enjoy a spacious deck, outdoor grille, outdoor shower and private path to secluded beach.
Finished basement includes large playroom, ping-pong, elliptical exercise machine, washer/dryer. Cable, wireless, phone and stereo. Ceiling fans and great breezes throughout. Central heat and air conditioning.
