* Stair Access: The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via one flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
* Potential for Noise: We are located on the Post Road, which can be a busy street. While many guests describe the environment as peaceful and tranquil, we want to be transparent about the potential for some traffic noise.
The most important House Rule is, respect our neighbors and community. Mystic is a quaint, coastal New England town. As hosts, and guests, we share in the responsibility of keeping Mystic a great place to visit, and to LIVE. Honor the noise ordinance. If you park on Church Street, please do not block our neighbor`s driveway.
If you have chosen our home for a special occasion and plan on having a gathering with family & friends. Please respect our neighbors and our house. Our maximum guest policy is 7 adults. As a matter of local health, safety & parking guidelines, any prolonged gathering of more than 7 adults is prohibited unless approved PRIOR to booking. If you plan on being outdoors you must reduce volume. Respect our neighbor`s right to Quiet Enjoyment.
