Outside you will find a private 15 x 20 foot in-ground pool and your own resort like entertainment area.
The first floor of the home features a large open foyer. There are 4 bedrooms on this level (1 king bedroom, 1 queen and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each). There are 2 bathrooms (renovated in 2022) on the first floor; both with a walk-in tiled shower. There is also a first floor den with wet bar area, wine refrigerator and beverage refrigerator with sliders to the pool area. The pull out couch is located in the den and has a door that can be closed for privacy. The laundry room, with full size washer and dryer, is found on the first floor as well. The second-floor great room has a 65 inch TV, cathedral ceilings and deck access from both the living and dining area. A gas fireplace in the spacious living area will make off-season rentals cozy and enjoyable. The modern kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, center island seating for two and dining room table seating for ten. This level also contains a hall powder room. The master bedroom suite has a spacious master bath with double vanities, large jetted tub, and separate tiled shower, a walk-in closet, and a large private deck overlooking the pool. The well~appointed pool area has a cabana, dining table seating for ten, six lounge chairs for sunbathing, couch area for relaxing, Weber grill and an outside shower.
The cabana (renovated in 2022), features an open concept with a TV, a full size refrigerator, sink and dishwasher, making it easy to enjoy summer barbecuing at the pool. The pool area is surrounded by landscaping offering a private setting. There is a storage closet that includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys for your use. The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles.
Linens are not provided, but can be rented from Stone Harbor Crib & Beach Rental for a nominal fee. All new flooring and freshly painted in 2024.
