This home is an architectural masterpiece with an innovative interior design that utilizes floor to ceiling glass and a 10’ by 20’ folding door opening for a truly majestic indoor/outdoor living experience. Unrestricted, dramatic views, and all of this beautiful living space within thousands of acres of hiking in open space literally right out the back door.
Relax in front of the grand fireplace in the spacious, open living room. Gather with those you love around the large dining table or whip up a delicious meal in this spacious kitchen. Feeling a bit like escaping? Retire to one of the many thoughtfully designed and more secluded spaces in the home. Climb up to the lofted reading nook or sneak off to the deluxe master suite.
The master suite is truly its own getaway with Colorado aspens, reclaimed fir beams and vintage fixtures adorning a relaxing, beautiful space. Make yourself a cup of tea or pour a glass of wine and enjoy it in front of your private fireplace. This house offers the best of Colorado living. Enjoy the absolutely incredible views from the 1, 200 sq ft wrap around deck with outdoor kitchen and grill. And if you want to get out into the nature that surrounds you, hike and/or bike on the trails leading from the back door. Also close, just down the hill, less than a quarter mile is Stratton Open Space where you can hike or mountain bike that extensive trail system. Whatever you chose to do, this house delivers.
