In the rear of the cottage the fully updated kitchen offers granite countertops, a small kitchen table and a very unique Spanish tiled floor. There is a full bath with a shower and laundry. Off the kitchen is a large deck with great furniture. The master sits on the west side of the house. Window AC units in the living room and bedroom.

The second floor offer two twin bedrooms that share a large bathrooms with cathedral ceilings. Both bedrooms have window AC units.
Lower Level:
The basement is unfinished and holds a laundry set and an extra fridge.
