Positive: Stunning view, large and comfortable beds.

Negative: What spoiled our vacation: 1. Terrible attitude towards guests! - 1. We traveled for 10 hours to the rented accommodation and arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time. We tried to call the landlord to ask if we could check in a little earlier. The response was unclear, and then the phone was hung up in the middle of the conversation. - 2. The temperature in the house was locked at a maximum of 68 F,and in the children's (play) room downstairs it was 65 F, with no possibility of increasing it. At that time, it was very cold outside ( 5 F). Our letter requesting a slight increase in the house temperature received the response: "If you don't like it, move out!" -3. On the first night and the following morning, there was freezing rain that immediately turned to ice, ultimately transforming the entire driveway to the house into an ice rink. On our way home, our car slid into the ditch. The driveway was subsequently sanded, but the main part of the driveway remained an icy slope for the rest of our stay. (I have a 4x4 vehicle with winter tires) It was very stressful and extremely problematic to leave and return home every day. -4. The bedding and towels were of terrible quality! In a house that was already cold, the bedding was made of artificial silk, and the towels were made of microfiber, making it impossible to dry yourself after a shower. Speaking of the shower, it was impossible take a shower (especially for kids ) because the bathrooms were very cold. -5. Regarding the sauna and jacuzzi: the sauna could not be heated above 40 F. The lighting in the jacuzzi didn't work, and it smelled very strongly of chlorine. The paths to the sauna and jacuzzi were completely covered in ice, causing me to fall twice. -6. The house has a fireplace, but there were only four pieces of firewood. That's clearly not enough for 5 nights. -7. The air hockey table in the game room is broken.

Summary: Our mood for the five days of the New Year holidays was ruined.
