The Bluegill Grill is a full service, seasonal restaurant located on the water. The Holiday Landing Marina is one of the largest marinas on Tim's Ford Lake and is open year-round for fuel, snacks, and beverages. The marina also offers pontoon boat and party barge rentals. First Floor: Master Bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The open kitchen, living room with a sectional couch, and dining area that seats six is ideal for entertaining. Also a shuffle board for friendly competition with your friends. The kitchen includes spices, coffee maker, utensils, plates, knives, cups, bakeware, cookware, mixing bowls, toaster, George Forman grill and crockpot. Half bath in the entryway. Outside a screened in patio with fireplace and seating.
