Center of of all shops and restaurants at Short Sands. 1 minute walk to Short Sands Beach, kids playground area, all shops, restaurants, arcade and York Wild Animal Kingdom. Six miles from Kittery outlet shops and Ogunquit.
This is a two bedroom expanded condo. Recently renovated kitchen with all new stainless appliances(including dishwasher). Newly renovated master bedroom. 19x24 family room and new full bathroom both with cathedral ceilings. Wood flooring throughout. Master bedroom with queen size bed, second bedroom with two twins, family room with queen sleep sofa with french doors that close off for privacy from rest of condo.
TV with cable in bedrooms and family room. Family room also with game table, lots of board games/chess/checkers/etc.
We also have washer/dryer in unit, wireless internet, fully furnished kitchen(including lobster pot), Weber gas grill on deck area with deck furniture and extra propane tank(for backup) and kids beach toys.
Two parking spaces at condo. No smoking or dogs allowed. Weekly rentals only.
