Lower level has an additional sofa and love seat ,large chair, another queen size bed & day bed for added sleeping quarters for an occasional guest or two. The laundry room is located in lower level with a second full bath.There is also paved parking for three or four cars.Large yard for outdoor playing.Close proximity to both Long and Short Sand Beaches .Cable TV on 2 levels plus WiFi connection.
