It is 5 miles from downtown State College and 4 miles to campus - with easy access on 322. The condo can sleep 8-10. There are 4 queen beds and an inflatable queen air mattress upon request. A cook’s dream kitchen - spacious kitchen with large kitchen table and chairs, brand new GE slate appliances (microwave, stove, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator) granite island, and fully stocked with a variety of cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, cutting boards, silverware, glassware, plates, bowls, & coffee maker. There is a deck off of the kitchen with a gas grill and a small yard. Each bedroom has a new queen mattress and 1 of the 4 bedrooms has a flat screen TV. Bathrooms are recently remodeled and all towels, linens, and pillows are provided. The living room has a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and comfy couches. There is plenty of parking, including a two-car garage, two driveway parking spaces, and an extra parking area. The condo is professionally cleaned using CDC guidelines/sanitation measures prior to your arrival.
