Stay in the solitude and absolute quiet of Lake Country at its best, yet close to Wisconsin's MOST POPULAR Destinations. The ultimate in privacy located in the quiet of the Kettle Moraine's forested glacial hills with just a short drive, MINUTES TO LAUNCH OUR HURRICANE DECK BOAT. Beaches, apple orchards, state parks, nordic and ice age trails, or boating on Lauderdale Lakes, literally, out your back door! A 20 minute drive to Lake Geneva's beach front, and just 50 minutes to Milwaukee's third ward.
LUXURY LAKE HOME: Large and spacious, with an open concept, this vacation home is ideal for groups large or small. Our home is a high end quality build by a carpenter contractor for his family. PERFECT FOR A WEEKEND, A WEEK - EVEN A MONTH. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT DISCOUNTS and BOATING. Inside you will find hardwood flooring and vaulted ceilings throughout, with a fireplace on two levels, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar, and dinette with walkout to the deck, or four season porch. There are two bedrooms (first floor) the Master bedroom with ensuite "full" bath, and a second bedroom with "half" bath. There is also a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer located on the main level (first floor). On the second level (second floor) there is a large family room w/ field stone fireplace, a media room with large screen viewing, and at your request a "fully stocked" Pub. This level also has a third, and fourth bedroom, together with a third "full" bath. There is a walkout stone patio, with cedar chairs, and a weber genesis grill . The property also includes high speed internet @ 1 Gig, Sonos Sound, dedicated office space, and blue tooth technology throughout. Our guests have FULL ACCESS to a three car garage together with SECURE off road parking. Outdoors there is a fire pit (hardwood provided), lawn chairs, coolers, and plenty of out door games, and green space available for play.
HURRICANE DECK BOAT (pictured): Our TWENTY-ONE foot Deck Boat with a TEN passenger 1,400 lb. capacity is available exclusively for our "Lake Country" guests. Meet at the marina, we will load your coolers, help you board and captain the boat if you like. Anchor with scheduled stops to swim and time for a favorite beverage or snack. Pack towels and plenty of sunscreen and we will do the rest.
STAY FOR A WEEKEND, A WEEK, EVEN A MONTH. Boating, long term discounts, celebrations or special events to be determined when booking . We ask our guests to book lodging at a THREE night minimum, with a FOUR night minimum for major holidays. Listed holiday's include Memorial day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas (Hanukkah), and New Years Day. Remember YOU are on vacation. Relax and enjoy! Due to state and local licensing we can NOT accept more than TEN people per night for lodging. All guests and vehicles MUST be registered before occupancy. There are FOUR vehicles maximum that may be parked on property.
