Also conveniently situated for day trips around the Cape or catching the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard.
We also have 4 kayaks that you can use to explore the bay and Mashpee River or take you to a private beach called the Spit, plus two bikes for exploring the neighborhood.
