Mashpee Pond beach is less than 2 miles away and it has picnic areas and playgrounds. In the evenings, gather around for a barbeque and enjoy the firepit. THE LOCATION
The house is a few minutes walk to Santuit Pond where trails are located. The Mashpee pond beaches are within 5 minute drive - swimming, fishing, playground and picnic areas.
When you’re ready for a day on the ocean beach, drive 8 miles to Craigville Beach or South Cape Beach on the Nantucket Sound side and 9 miles to Sandy Neck on the Cape Cod Bay side.
