Located in the welcoming, family-friendly community of Spinnler Point, you’ll have access to charming areaways perfect for picnics, swimming, stargazing, and swinging with the kids.
Spend your days out on the lake—boating, tubing, jet skiing, or simply floating and soaking up the sun. After your day on the water head back to your home base for s’mores around the firepit, a chilled bottle from the wine fridge, and sunset views from the porch. On cooler evenings, cozy up by the indoor fireplace for movie night or a good book.

Take a peaceful walk or bike ride around the wooded neighborhood paths and shoreline, and enjoy a truly relaxing escape that’s perfect for families, friends, or couples. Proudly family-owned and managed—we hope you feel right at home.
You’ll enter on the house on the main floor where you’ll find a half bath, coat closet with books and board games, a gas fireplace, wine fridge, large living room with LED TV and Roku, and a dining table that seats 10 (with insert). There is a fully stocked kitchen with a large farm sink, a variety of cooking and baking supplies and many spices, sugar, flour, salt and pepper, and oils. The main floor exits onto a large and spacious porch to enjoy the afternoon sun with views of the lake and beautiful fall foliage, and a screened in porch just in case it rains. There is a fire pit outside with Adirondack chairs to enjoy s’mores and good company or curl up to the indoor fireplace on a cool fall evening.
Upstairs you’ll find 3 full bedrooms and a bathroom w/ dual shower and dual sinks. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and dressers and closets available for clothing. The 2 guest bedrooms have double beds and black out shades. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a balcony to enjoy lake views and take in the gorgeous foliage, while you sip coffee from the in-room Keurig coffee maker. There are 2 pack n plays available for use if needed.
In the basement you’ll find a large open space for kids to unwind on their own and hanging out. We have toys, board games, and a large comfy couch and TV to lounge and host a movie night. There are 2 bunk beds, a full bath including bathtub, a washer/dryer, blackout curtains for prime sleeping.
You’re 10 mins from breweries, restaurants, pizza places, coffee & ice cream shops, downtown Hawley, indoor or outdoor mini golf, and hiking Shuman's Point trail. 20 mins from Woodloch Resort & Spa, downtown Honesdale, and apple orchards and pumpkin patches for fall-time fun. Also take advantage of all the waterfall hikes that NE PA has to offer! We are very nearby boat, paddle board, kayak and jetski rentals, and we have a paddleboard and kayaks available for guests who sign our waiver.
