Summary: My experience was mediocre and did not feel like a good value for the money. The resort lacked adequate family entertainment and "fun" factors. While the staff was okay, the facilities need attention—specifically regarding cleanliness in common areas. Inside the room, the beds were uncomfortable, and the balcony doors were sealed shut despite the heating not regulating properly. For a luxury price, I expected a much higher standard of comfort and engagement.
