Exquisite 5 bedroom, 2 full bathroom second & third floor family home in the Gardens. Starting at the ground level you have a beautiful enclosed outside shower and off street parking. Head upstairs to a spacious front porch with OCEAN VIEWS and enough space for everyone to enjoy the ocean breeze together over a glass of wine complete with propane grill.
Inside authentic coastal charm and character await, complimented by modern luxuries. A well-appointed living room with a smart TV, cozy sectional couch with pull out sofa bed and swivel chair welcome your family to relax together. An open floor plan reveals the large dining room featuring a beautiful gas fireplace. Continue to the newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, complete with a washer and dryer and plenty of storage for laundering. This level also showcases 3 private bedrooms, each with a QUEEN sized bed, chest of drawers, nightstand and closet. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo off the hallway completes this level of living space.

Our property includes a gas grill for your enjoyment, along with two propane tanks. While we aim to keep the tanks filled, they may be low or empty depending on prior guest usage. If both tanks are low or empty during your stay, you're welcome to refill one at the local hardware store.
Please save your receipt: we'll gladly reimburse you for the refill.
Bicycles & Bike Pump:
We also provide a few bicycles and a bike pump for guest convenience.
These are available for use at your own risk. While we try to maintain them in good working order, we cannot guarantee their condition at all times.
