The space
Twenty years ago, Sande and Bob were blessed to be able to build their own dream home and decided that it would express their visions and instincts without limits.
They were guided to a magical 40-acre plot of land on a mountaintop at the end of a road in Vermont. The land had a magnificent view of the entire White Mountains range.
Sande is a trained artist (Syracuse University); she is also a builder, an entrepreneur, a Reiki Master, and a sought-after art teacher. She graduated from the Alternative Design-Build program at Yestermorrow in Waitsfield, Vermont.
Bob is a degreed engineer whose initial work was with the NASA Apollo Moon Landing program. He went on to become a marketing professional, a folk art furniture creator, and a dowsing enthusiast.
Together, with guidance from visionary Architect Daniel Johnson of Norwich, Vt they designed and built this largest art installation of their lives!
Dowsing played a large part in creating this home on the earth energy centers that give occupants an amazing and inspiring, yet playful and grounding healing energy.
Sande and Bob have retired two times, but this time their winters will be spent with family out in California.
