The property includes 2,000 feet of river frontage with multiple swimming holes and access to Dog's Head Falls. A beautiful spot for relaxing by the river, fishing, and enjoying nature.

Historic Johnson Village is 5 minutes away with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and other attractions. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is a popular public trail for cycling, running, walking, and snowmobiling that runs through Johnson and can be accessed less than 5 minutes from the property. Lamoille Valley Bike Tours is located in Johnson and offers bike rentals and guided cycling tours. Butternut Mountain and Sterling Mountain are popular hiking & snowshoeing routes in town.
In addition to the attractions in Johnson, the general area offers many attractions and activities that Vermont is famous for including farm stands, maple sugar shacks, outdoor recreation, and world-class breweries. Take a walk down to the beach at the river, or a short hike down the property for more river access and private access to Dog's Head Falls Park, a gorgeous waterfall and swimming hole.

You will share the property with other renters, but your space is private. Hot tub is open year-round and guests from all the listings at the property share access to it.
