An enclosed ceiling fan accentuates the pyramid bedroom and ensures no accidents for any little ones sleeping in the top twin bed. The Hialeah Complex features a large, heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grille area, two pool side gazebos, poolside restrooms and shower, elevator, and two assigned parking spaces under the covered parking garage with storage units for beach equipment. Entering the home, you will find the first bedroom to the right with a queen bed, and a junior suite to your left with a queen bed and a connecting bathroom. As you continue into the home, you will see a separate full bathroom to the right, located adjacent to another spacious bedroom with the pyramid bed. The utility room with full size washer and dryer will be to the right, just after the hall bathroom. The kitchen is to the immediate right as you enter the large living space to the rear of the unit and is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, flatware, glassware, stemware, pots, and pans. Beyond the dining area in the living area, you will see a sliding glass balcony door to the deck, a fireplace, and a mounted 65” flat screen television. The king suite with a new king bed is just off the living area and features another sliding glass balcony door to the large private balcony and an immaculate connecting bathroom. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Additional Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
