The partially fenced yard has an ornamental cherry tree with the most beautiful blossoms in the spring, and offers the perfect shade from the summer sun. A furnished deck with gas grill is the perfect place to have a family cookout after a day at the beach. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt as well.
Enter through the sliding glass doors from the deck to the family dining room with seating for eight at the counter-height dining set. The soft sage-colored walls, hardwood floors, and natural light give a bright and airy feel. After dinner, settle into the living room to watch a DVD you brought or the big game on cable TV.
