We’ve recently moved out and back into our main house, on the same property, and have added a kitchen and shower to our one bedroom space. Our property is easy walking distance to UVM and the UVM Medical Center. DETAILS - One bedroom with a queen bed; full kitchen with all new high-end appliances & well stocked for cooking meals; bathroom with tiled shower, antique pedestal sink; living room/ dining area with table and 4 chairs (more possible), day bed/twin bed, upholstered chair(s); large TV with streaming services; new washer/dryer on the ground floor. Upstairs lining space is 900 square feet plus downstairs entrance area/ laundry. Off street parking. Large property surrounded by mature trees- we called this our treehouse when it was our workspace. Lot’s of light, set back from the street, so it is quiet. 5 blocks from UVM green, 15-18 minute walk to the patient entrance of the hospital - less than one mile. 18-20 minute walk - one mile to Downtown Burlington. 35 minute walk to Waterfront Park 1.6 miles. All utilities / Wifi / Washer, Dryer / Ample parking included
