Summary: I stayed here because I got a great price at the last minute. When I arrived, the staff weren’t aware of my reservation and had to call their manager who did immediately tell them I should be on their list. My room was on the second floor…no elevators and I had difficulty opening the door and had to go back downstairs to reception get someone up to unlock my door which he very graciously did. The room immediately smelled of cigarette smoke. The attendant explained that smoke comes into the rooms because people smoke on the balcony outside…but this was more than that…someone or some people definitely smoked in that room. The attendant turned on the ac and sprayed the room…he tried but to no avail. The bed was the best part though…comfy but pillows were a little hard. Bathrooms looked like an original from the 60’s but it was clean and the water pressure in the shower was good. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again because of the cigarette smell. but staff were friendly and really did try to be accommodating
