Spacious remodeled ranch with walk out basement, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths with additional outdoor hot and and cold shower! This home is on the shore of Lake Michigan with your own sandy white beach. Large kitchen, living room with eating area and separate huge dining room. Washer and dryer are on the main floor. Kitchen includes , stove, frig, dishwasher and all cooking and eating gear needed! Large outside deck with spacious yard. Sleeps 8, 3 bd rms, one king, one queen, two sets of bunks
What’s new? Porcelain tile floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bath. There are new appliances in the kitchen and new counter tops. Newly expanded master bath with a huge whirlpool tub, new vanity and toilet. New lighting, ceiling fans and paint. New furniture. All hollow core doors have been replaced with solid wood doors. Washer and dryer are now on the first floor, the walkout basement is now a bonus room with couches and TV. King bedroom faces the lake with master bath. Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There is also a hot and cold outside shower. Living room and dining room have ceiling fans and newly installed central air conditioning!
You will not find a three bedroom house on the lake with this much common living area. The kitchen is roomy and the living room and dining room are huge. Add the walk out basement and there is a ton living space and the bedrooms are reasonably sized. There is plenty of lawn furniture as well as some indoor and outdoor games. Of course there is internet and cable tv.
