Price includes everything including WIFI, parking, and laundry! (you provide your own detergent) Large screen ROKU smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. This apartment also has a small private deck off of the kitchen.
Mayo Clinic Campus is an easy 10-20 minute walk depending on which building you need to go to. Grocery shopping, Restaurants, Walgreens, salons, Brewery's and more are within 2-3 blocks. A pretty park and river is also within 2 blocks.
