Mt. Snow and Stratton Mountain Resorts are approximately 35 minutes away, the perfect spot to indulge in skiing, snowboarding, and other winter recreation.
Back at your stay, you'll immediately fall in love with the tasteful furnishings and old-school ambiance. The open main living area is composed of warm wood finishes, and carefully curated pieces of artwork. The full kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining area. Some of your favorite memories spent in Newfane will be gathered around the formal dining table with the people you love. The home's study boasts an additional dining table with an abundance of books and videos. Entrance into Winchester Stables is by appt only and must be accompanied by Winchester staff. Please do not touch or feed the horses.
The horse fencing is electric. The gates close at 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and at 6 p.m. on Sunday.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
