Summary: We checked in with four people and they wouldn't give us extra towels. My son accidentally dropped the toilet paper in the shower and when they went down to get more toilet paper they only gave them one roll of toilet paper for four people. They refused to give us anything additional saying it was the hotel policy. We had three towels in our room for four people so did they expect one person not to shower. They were rude about it as well
