Walk to town, harbor, ferry, beach, lagoon, museum, shopping, tennis, sailing and kayaking, Vineyard Playhouse, theater, Restaurants, Coffee House and Newspaper run and much more. Perfect for the family vacation.
This is a great in-town location, cottage is set far back from the road, and is a very private location, with a side yard. Perfect for a PIK NIK with table and grill outside or just kicking the ball around with the kids. It is a short bike ride to Owen Park and Beach which is very kid friendly.
There are two bedrooms upstairs one has a full bed and one has two full beds. There is an Air conditioning unit upstairs as well as downstairs in the main area. The full bath is downstairs and there is an additional outdoor shower that is perfect after a day at the beach! There is a nice back deck for taking in the shade as well.
We love our little cottage and we are confident that you will as well. There is Comcast/ixfinity cable and high speed wireless service if you needed to use netflix or other streaming service sites. We do provide linens and towels upon request, We also have a double Kayak that can be used if needed. The kitchen has pretty much anything you need to whip up a meal. If you need something specific, just ask; I am a professional chef and most likely have what you need. We also have a Nespresso machine and capsules if you are a coffee lover! Or you can walk a few blocks to Mocha Motts and get the best coffee in VH! One more block is the Black Dog Bakery. Vineyard Vines also just opened up a new store on Main Street. MV Film center has just redone the Capawock Theater on Main street and is showing first run films again.
