Welcome to Coastal Cabana! Upon entering the home, you will be well on your way to vacation mode with this Bahama Beach inspired cottage that puts you at ease as soon as you open the door.
With its vaulted ceilings and very spacious layout, you and your family will have lots of room to relax and unwind.
This cottage welcomes you with open arms with your first steps into the large living room/sunroom (that conveniently doubles as another sleeping space for extra guests). Through the sunroom you'll find the open concept kitchen and dining area – all thoroughly thought out to give the most space for you and your guests to enjoy a card game or a delicious Lobster Dinner from down the street!
Head into the fully stocked kitchen, that has everything you will need for a family style BBQ or to prep your lunch to enjoy down by the pool!
To the right of the home, you will find the queen primary bedroom that feels separate and private from the rest of your guests – your own oasis! Here you will also find the full bathroom and washer/dryer closet.
To the left of the home, find the bunk room for the kiddos or another couple with a twin bed on top and a full bed on bottom.

Summer Village is dressed to the nines with community amenities for the whole family: Three swimming pools, including an adults only pool with hot tub, and two family pools, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse with game room, gym and sauna, pavilion with events throughout the summer season, basketball and shuffleboard courts, two playgrounds (because when is one enough?!), soccer and softball fields, a putting green and an onsite trolley that will bring you to and from all of the fun sites! Hop on the town trolley if you don't feel like driving into town to explore the beaches, restaurants, and ample shopping in our coastal towns!
