The house is surrounded by water for fantastic panoramic saltwater views and set on a promontory. It also has wonderful gardens and a grove of cedar trees.
This lovely home overlooks Meeting House Pond whose glimmering salt waters flow to outer Nauset beach, Chatham and beyond. Nearly all windows front tidal meetinghouse pond capturing its awesome dawns and silver moon ascents. Watch fishing boats depart, ducks glide by, hear flocks of geese and gulls call out. Radiant light gilds each room lending special ambiance to a perfect summer retreat. Treasures of this Cape Cod jewel are too numerous to mention but here are a few:
