Forest Belle sits atop a large wooden deck and features a private firepit, outdoor seating, double-wide hammock, and private loo. Comfortable furniture and handmade décor pieces have been carefully curated to create a space that is romantic, meditative, inspiring, and relaxing, while being immersed in nature. Our aim is to provide a forest oasis that allows you to disconnect.
The Belle Camp is located off grid, no running water or electricity. We provide drinking water and solar/battery operated lanterns, lights and charging station. Solar shower cabin is located in the field. The solar shower is heated by the sun, best to schedule your showers in the afternoon when the sun has had a chance to warm up the water tank.
The kitchenette features a one burner camping stove, tea kettle, drinking water, and complimentary coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Paper cups, plates and bamboo utensils are also provided.
Outside: Private fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, extra-wide hammock, 52qt cooler.

The bell tent is located 400 feet from the main farmhouse. The lush green meadow and forest create a perfect hideaway. You leave your car in our parking lot and walk about 2 minutes to the camp site. Stretch and stargaze at our floating deck in the middle of the wildflower field, relax at the sauna, cook over an open fire and enjoy a walk in the forest.

Roxbury, NY is a charming historical hamlet in the Catskills Mountains. We have a little bit of everything: two restaurants (Chappies & Fierce Grizzly), a coffee shop (Watershed) and Market (Good Grocer), two art galleries (Roxbury Arts Group & Liberal Arts Roxbury), a modern general store (Roxbury General), a wine store (Roxbury Wine & Spirits) a ski & mountain biking resort (Platekill Mtn), a farmers’ market (The Round Barn). We warmly recommend all of them.

Your camp is located in natural wildlife habitat. Bugs and critters make up our natural ecosystem and come with the territory. None of our sites are ideal for insect-phobic guests. We do everything possible to keep them outside, by thoroughly cleaning the space between guests, but some inevitably still wander in.
