Experience subtle luxury, warmth and inviting charm. Four bedroom home with a spacious open floor plan set on one acre in the hills of North Truro. The upper floor has a wrap-around deck overlooking the beautiful abutting woodland with a patio table, lounge chairs, hammock and BBQ grill. Just off the porch, there is a screened in gazebo with a table and 8 chairs.

Inside an all pine and timber ceiling slants up to the center of the home like a cathedral. The upstairs features a dining area, 2 living room areas (one with a large flat screen tv and sound system) a fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen bedrooms and one full bath. There is also a queen-sized pull-out couch in one of the living areas.

Our lower level has all the makings of a ''separate apartment''. It consists of a kitchen with a washer and dryer and two private bedrooms. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom with a tub and shower in between for shared use. One of the sleeping quarters has a comfy pull-out queen sofa (and a thick topper as well) so that during the day that room can be used as a game room and sitting area for relaxing and television viewing.

The separate and private levels of this home make it ideal for large families. There are spiral stairs that connect the two floors and there are separate outside doors which work well for early and late risers. An added perk for children and teenagers is that they can enjoy the lower level for themselves. Well behaved dogs will be considered.

In the yard, there is a patio area with lounge chairs, bench, a propane fire pit and a chair hammock. We also have a private, large outdoor shower, bicycles and a ping pong table!

We are located at the end of a quiet dead-end street that is a 2-mile bike or drive to beautiful bay and ocean beaches. There are nearby hiking trails and a gorgeous golf course- the Highland Links is just 1.5 miles away. Provincetown and Wellfleet are both just a 12-minute drive.

The house features: Central A/C, a large outdoor shower, a new BBQ grill, gas fire pit, new induction stove and new refrigerator, dishwasher, new washer/dryer, Foosball and Ping-Pong tables, 3 smart TVs with Netflix and Prime TV, DVD player and DVD's, bicycles, beach equipment, a large assortment of board games, books for all ages and more.

We have a large, paved parking area that will easily accommodate four vehicles. There is a storage shed in the driveway for all of the bicycles, beach equipment and toys for guests to use.
