The living room has AC, a sleep sofa, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV with Preferred Plus Cable package (w/HBO & Starz) and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Sliders off the living room lead to a deck equipped with patio chairs. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI Internet access, and outdoor grille.
