The beach is only a five-minute walk down the hill, but if even that seems like too much, don't worry there's a pool with its own change room and shower. The entry level features a sizeable deck that overlooks the pool and garden, as well as a TV area, a bathroom and a kids bedroom with two sets of bunks.

Upstairs is where it gets really impressive, though. There's an enormous open plan living/dining/kitchen with sweeping sea views, comfortable contemporary furniture and its own capacious balcony. BBQs and a gourmet kitchen make entertaining easy, and there's loads of seating space.

The super king master bedroom leads right onto the balcony and its spectacular vista and features a lovely en-suite.
