Our cozy ski chalet features a funky and modern design with all the essential amenities to guarantee a comfortable place to relax after a fun day on the slopes. We’re located 1.3 miles from Sugarbush Resort, 3.2 miles from Sugarbush at Mt. Ellen, and 4.8 miles from Mad River Glen, not to mention within 30 miles of both Stowe and Burlington.
The Space:
Take an adventure into the mountains as you ascend to our mountain retreat. This true, stand alone, ski chalet features a unique layout with one large bedroom, including two queen beds. Within the home, we also have two additional twin-sized sleeping nooks and a pull-out sofa bed.
After parking, you'll walk the wooden steps to our front door, which can conveniently be opened with a code provided prior to arrival. Before ascending, you can set up your skis on the rack at the bottom of the stairs. When you enter the home, you'll immediately see our kitchen, which contains the essentials (pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc) and appliances (stove with gas range, oven, microwave, toaster) for cooking a meal at home following a day on the slopes, as well as a Keurig hot and iced coffee brewer.
Upstairs, you'll find the lofted seating area and bedroom, which also boasts a seating area with panoramic views. At night, cozy up in one of the armchairs to watch the glow of the Snow Cats grooming Sugarbush for the following day of powder!
Downstairs, you'll find the living room, bathroom, and custom built sleeping nook. The recently renovated bathroom is also on this floor. Behind the sliding barn door, you'll have access to a washer and dryer.
Please note - as the listing states, you will need four wheel drive in order to access our driveway (during the winter), and guests should be comfortable with stairs.
