Surrounded by nature, on 1.5 acres, you can readily relax on the upper deck or head down to the lower deck, perched at the waters edge (my favorite spot!), to watch the tide flow out and the clams squirt. If you're a bird lover you'll see you fair share of egrets and Great Blues. The home features two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed (note one bedroom is downstairs) and a twin size blow up bed if needed for more guests. Note both bathrooms are located upstairs. You can swim here if you don't mind the mud flat however Winslow Park and its beach is a quick 5 min drive. Grocery stores and downtown Freeport are just minutes away. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay, you'll find The Sanctuary a beautiful space to relax and recharge.
