You couldn't choose a better vacation location for your group of up to 12. Here, you're a mere six-minute walk away from sandy South Village Beach on Nantucket Sound. Or drive only three minutes to the larger West Dennis Beach. It takes even less time to walk out to the back yard and jump in the heated, in-ground pool.
Looking forward to some great restaurant options nearby? A few minutes' drive in either direction on Main Street (Route 28) and you can take your pick. You can ride bikes or drive two minutes to the Kream 'n Kone, famous for their fat, juicy fried clams and other seafood delicacies. In the mood for mini golf? Holiday Hill Mini Golf is a quick, four-minute drive from your door.
Your outdoor summer living experience at this home will long be remembered fondly. The house has two open decks. The gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower live on the larger rear deck that stretches the entire width of the house. Dining al fresco is easy for the whole group, since the oversized deck has a picnic table plus two patio tables and plenty of chairs.
Inside the house, you'll appreciate the fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
