The Heron - Are you looking for a unique vacation experience? This charming cabin was first built as a corn crib storage shed. It has been reclaimed and rebuilt into a welcoming guest cabin - located in a private section away from other residential buildings on the same property. The Kingfisher is a 3-bedroom rental unit at the same location. You could be near friends at The Kingfisher, but have the privacy of your own lodging.
The cabin retains the original post and beam construction which is exposed throughout. Vintage wide board planking was chosen for the flooring. The flooring has been meticulously refinished - enhancing the natural rich patina of the wood.
The living / sleeping area has a queen bed, a sitting area and a wall-mounted TV. A bath with shower is conveniently located right by the sleeping area. Glass doors lead from the great room to a 15 x 15 open deck, complete with outside dining and relaxing Adirondack chairs.
An eat-in kitchen completes this unique offering. The Heron is new to the rental market. It is convenient to the Dreams Park and All Star Village Baseball tournament.
