1 bed 1 bath with open living room and kitchen on first floor - loft with 4 twin beds and locked gate if needed! (And 1 toddler bed as well!)

Property is situated in Kilton Pond area on a dead end street. In the winter bring your snow mobiles if you have them! NH State corridor trail 5 is located directly across the street from the neighborhood and is the main corridor trail through NH. This trail goes from Manchester, NH all the way to the Canadian border and allows access to the states entire 7,000 miles of snowmobile trails! Lots of space (can store next to garage under roof on the side) to bring your fishing poles, kayaks and canoes to enjoy the water and fishing as well. Kan Jam on site on the front porch and great yard for some games!
