Please note: The building runs on one centralized HVAC system. In October we switch it over to heat, which means you will not be able to use AC. Most guests find that opening a window is more than enough to get to their desired temperature. The system switches back to AC in mid-April

No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the room clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for unauthorized pets
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

Coffee mugs may be purchased for $25 each. Bath robes may be purchased for $85. The tote bag is yours to keep free of charge! (Tote bag availability may vary depending upon season)
