Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, this generous holiday home offers plenty of room for everyone, with a large backyard where kids can play freely and families can enjoy a game of cricket or footy on the lawn. Please note the yard is fenced on three sides but is not fully enclosed.
The home features a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen that flows into the open-plan living and dining areas, creating a comfortable central hub for holiday entertaining. With two TVs, a DVD/video player, reverse-cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, and an outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ and dining setting, everything you need for a relaxed stay is provided.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles as well as a boat, making it ideal for larger groups.
Accommodation includes 5 bedrooms designed to comfortably sleep extended families or groups:
• Two front bedrooms each with queen beds (one with ensuite)
• Three additional bedrooms located off the rear passage
• Bedroom three includes a queen bed
• Bedrooms four and five each feature a bunk and a single bed, sleeping up to three guests per room
A cot is also available for infants, making this a family-friendly option for those travelling with young children.

Linen Information:
Bathroom and bedroom linen is supplied for all stays; however, only the required amount is provided based on guest numbers supplied at booking. Guests are responsible for advising the office of any special bedding configurations required. If no requests are made, bedding arrangements will be assumed based on guest numbers provided. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
