Welcome to Saffron Sands! Beautifully situated in a quiet Chatham neighborhood, this exceptional property features a new salt water heated pool, with a built-in spa. It is complemented by a spacious hardscape patio with a custom gas fire pit and built-in stone veneered grilling station. There's ample room to lounge in the sun or to find some shade under the pergola.

The house is located a quick walk to several area restaurants and local shops. Mac's Seafood, Pate's and the Chatham Cut are all under a 5 minute walk from the house. You can also drive to several beaches in under 5 minutes: Hardings Beach, Oyster Pond, Ridgevale Beach to name a few. Finally, downtown Chatham is a brisk mile walk or bike ride or under 2 minutes by car.

Back at the house your group of up to 8 will be delighted with three levels of luxury living, richly furnished, and tastefully finished throughout. Start with the custom chef's kitchen, fully outfitted with top-line everything – from the six-burner gas range to the 10-foot-long granite topped island with five stools around it. The adjacent café dining table offers comfortable seating for six and walks out to the patio and pool. There is more formal dining for eight in the separate dining room as well. The kitchen flows into the adjoining sunroom which is bathed in cheery sunlight. This room is made for cocktail hour with unique barware, luxurious modern furniture, and no shortage of drink recipe books to peruse! The main living room is open to the kitchen and features a vaulted ceiling, comfy seating, and large TV over the fireplace.

This level is also home to the primary bedroom suite with its generous king size bed and large private, radiant heat bath with a twin sink vanity and oversized step-in glass shower. Also located on the main level: a half bath, the laundry/pantry and mudroom. There is also an outside shower accessible just off the mudroom.

At the top of the stairs on the upper level you'll find an open loft area and another lounge area. There are three spacious bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has another king size bed, positioning it as the home's second primary suite. There is another room with a king size bed and the final bedroom with 2 twins. These rooms share the 3rd full bath in the house.

The finished lower level of the home has a huge game room and TV lounge. There's a billiard table and ping pong table combo here as well as other fun distractions including a bar, popcorn machine, and a pop-a-shot.
